Booths of the City of Yokohama
Under the theme, Lifestyle Proposals from Yokohama, the No. 1 city people want to live in, Yokohama’s booths will introduce the products, technologies, and efforts of 10 small to mid-sized companies in Yokohama and also the city’s efforts to support businesses. At the presentation area of the Yokohama’s booth, companies from the city will make presentations. We will also offer photo spots where you can try wearing a yukata and take photos.

Yokohama’s efforts in supporting companies in the cities in their businesses in Africa
It is anticipated that there will be business opportunities in Africa for companies in Yokohama wishing to utilize their excellent technological strengths. For this reason, the City of Yokohama has been supporting companies in the city to develop their businesses in Africa.
The City of Yokohama hosted the 4th and the 5th TICAD in 2008 and 2013.
Since then, the city has been deepening its exchanges and cooperation with Africa.
By leveraging the cooperative relationships it has established with Africa to date, the city will continue to support companies in Yokohama and further promote the growth of those companies and also the revitalization of the city’s economy in the long term.
