Local child rearing support centers are places where preschool children and their guardians can come to play, meet others, consult about child-rearing, and obtain information on child-rearing. These facilities are free to use - all you have to do is register as a user. Local child rearing support centers also hold training sessions etc. for people in the community connected with child-rearing support.
