You can consult with childcare/education advisers about daycare options for your preschool children.

The Youth Consultation Center accepts telephone and face-to-face consultations concerning a range of issues that young people experience, such as social withdrawal and truancy.
(Please contact the center in advance to book a face-to-face consultation.)

Social withdrawal, truancy, unable to fit in with others, domestic violence, lack of rhythm in daily life, problems with interpersonal relationships, etc.

There are 4 Community Youth Plazas in Yokohama City. These facilities accept telephone and face-to-face consultations concerning a range of issues that young people experience, such as social withdrawal and truancy.
They are also run as places for facility users to meet each other and socialize.

Please note that this service is not available on the third Monday of the month (the second Monday of the month in the event the third Monday falls on a national holiday), Sundays, national holidays, and during the New Year holiday season.
