【Submissions now closed】Accepting feedback from residents on Yokohama’s International Strategy revision

Developed in 2016, the Yokohama International Strategy coordinates the city’s basic approach to international projects, and by providing an integrated strategic approach, helps enable the city to grow.

　There have been many critical new developments during the five years since the strategy was formulated, from the escalation of global issues of climate change and infectious disease, the increased momentum surrounding the SDGs to meet those challenges, and domestically, the expansion of qualifications for resident status. In Yokohama specifically, a resolution to promote world peace was also adopted.
