| Welcome Ceremony | To welcome incoming vessels, we can offer variety of ceremonies that include showers by fireboats, marching band, and bouquet and memorial gift presentation by the Goodwill Ambassadors of Yokohama. And with advance public announcements about the arrival of cruise ships, many Yokohama citizens will come to the terminal to welcome the ships and their passengers. |
| Introducing Japanese Culture | We hold various events, such as tea ceremony and kimono (traditional Japanese clothing) dressing, on board or at the passenger terminal to introduce Japanese culture to the passengers. A chance to experience Japanese traditional culture has always been well received by the visitors. |
| Tourist Information Center, Currency Exchange | We will arrange a tourist information center and/or a money exchange counter with flexible business hours. |
| Shuttle Bus Services | We offer a special free (and dedicated) shuttle bus service between the passenger terminal and Yokohama Station, which is in downtown and is the hub for rail trips to Tokyo and other destinations. |
