Office Hours	7:30-21:00 (Closed from 12/29 to 1/3)
Basic Facility	1 desk, 1 chair, 1 telephone / fax machine, cabinet (* per person)
Communication Infrastructure	Telephone/Fax Line (1 Line), Internet Line (1 Line)
Duration of Tenancy	Within 3 years
Condition	Rooms are offered to companies which meet the following conditions: Foreign affiliated firms (corporations in Japan and branches in Japan, representative offices) newly set up in Yokohama. (*Including the ones within one year of establishment in Yokohama.) You must have a project plan for more than 3 years from commencement of tenancy and have a prospect of founding an office in Yokohama after withdrawing from the rental office.
