November is also Child abuse prevention month.November is also Child abuse prevention month.
There are many reasons for child abuse.
Sometimes parents abuse a child because they cannot handle the stress of parenting.
Parents often don’t have anyone to talk to about raising children.
They have too much anxiety and the child can suffer.
Do you see any parents around you who seem stressed raising their child?
A small talk or smile by neighbors can make parents feel less stressed and reduce their concern about parental responsibilities.
Please keep your eyes on the children in your neighborhood and help parents of young children with your kind support.

Nationwide “Autumn Fire Prevention Week” is from November 9 Saturday to November 15 Friday.Nationwide “Autumn Fire Prevention Week” is from November 9 Saturday to November 15 Friday.
This is for promoting understanding of common causes of fire and its prevention in the coming dry season.
In Aoba Ward, there are two main causes of fire.
The first common cause of fire is the overheating of electrical outlets.
When an electric appliance is not firmly plugged in, it can overheat and cause a fire.
Also sometimes a buildup of dust on the outlet can catch fire as well.
So be sure to unplug unused electric appliances from outlets for safety.
The second common cause of fire is space heaters.
Don’t keep flammables near the heater.
Keep heaters away from furniture.
Turn off your heater when you go to bed or leave home.
In addition, you should install smoke alarms in your house, so that you will be alerted if a fire starts.
You need to install smoke alarms in bedrooms, kitchen, and staircases if you have not done it yet.
Please take this week as a good chance to check your house for fire prevention.
